Description:

We all have undesired addictions we want to let go of. We try and try, but end up failing again and again. But what if the only reason we are going in endless circles of failure is the method we use to let go? Imagine you have access to an effective manual full of mental and practical exercises, the manual that's gonna help you get rid of your bad habits. Who says we don't have one? Now we do . . .

It's the book that changes the chemical reactions in your brain by reprogramming it. It will cause you to let go of whatever harms you spontaneously, just like taking a course of medicine to let you eventually quit your bad habits effortlessly, and, most importantly, enjoyably. It works very effectively, as this book contains a real story for a specific method with defined exercises and calculated steps. The method has been applied to several people, and it cured them completely.

EXCERPT

On a lovely summer day, the soft, tiny breeze tickled my eyes, jumped across my cheeks and face. The lovely, cute breeze crawled over me, reaching the right corner of my nose, whispering to the top of it, and suddenly sliding along with my breath to enter my respiratory system, filling my lungs with its refreshing air, full of oxygen, to fill me with life. This was a reminder that I am alive. This was to remind me of the gift I received from God on this same day ten years ago. Happily and thankfully, I still sense its effect every day and every night, the gift that brought me back to life and set me free forever. The gift that crossed the borders of reaching my goal to make me feel that finally:

♪♫ “I can touch the sky
I know that I’m alive
Oh oh alive
When you bless the day
I just drift away
All my worries die.” ♬♩
—Celine Dion

The greatest among all of this is that this was the day of my daughter Yasmin’s first birthday. Wow… two beautiful moments gathered together to be remembered the same day each year—the birth of my one and only princess and the day I chose to restart my life, reboot it... this is when the clock ticked.

Since then, my life, my movements, my looks, my thoughts, even my breaths have become completely different. Every time these oxygen particles creep into my veins, they stick to the cells of my body to supply me with energy to defeat the poisoning devils that were blocking the energetic and lively particles of oxygen from reaching my body. Every time I have a meal, I delightfully enjoy it, I regale the flavor, because finally my taste sense was restored, finally the taste receptor cells are working perfectly. Every time I sit in the non-smoking section, I feel confident, I feel proud, and I feel unique. Simply speaking, every time I wake up, “I feel alive.”
