Guest Post and Giveaway: Son of Dragons (Legends of Oblivion #2) by Andrea R. Cooper

Description:

In a time of false peace, the dead rise as soldiers for the Warloc’s scheme. For thousands of years he has stood ready for the final battle. Though the witch and her cursed Elvin have destroyed his physical body, now with his protégé, he has honed a new way to wage war.

Shunned by her own people and weary-hearted from centuries of lost loves, Elvin warrior Mirhana scours the land to silence the undead. Her heart has turned as cold as the sword she wields, until a prince seeks her aid.

Never has Prince Landon met a woman like Mirhana. Both beautiful and deadly, she haunts his dreams. The battle at hand becomes more enchanting than fighting to remain true to his unseen betrothed.

When a traitor emerges, new alliances are tested and the only remaining hope is to follow the prophecy and find the ... Son of Dragons.

GUEST POST
My Ten Guilty Pleasures
How many of us hide our guilty pleasures? Well, today, I will list ten of mine. I hope you share one or two of yours J

10. Kettlecorn Popcorn: I cannot have a bag of the homemade kind. I will eat the entire bag in a day.

9. Eating out: I do not like cooking that much, so I am thrilled whenever we have an excuse to eat out.

8. Cheese: On just about anything. And Chocolate: Need I say anything more? What flavor? Dark is my favorite, followed by milk, then white.

7. Snooze: On the weekends, sometimes I hear my 18-month-old daughter wake up, but I stay in bed a few more minutes to see if hubby will get her instead of me.

6. Emails: I check them all day long. It is a big time-waster, but I cannot stop myself when my phone dings that I have a new message.

5. Kindle: Buying too many free and low cost books. And I love that no one knows what I am reading.

4. Facebook: I am on it way too much, but find it hard to share things. I feel like I am shyer on Facebook than I was in school.

3. Dancing: Well, actually singing and dancing along with my favorite songs. Some, I even have routines for. *blushing*

2. TV: My kids take over the TV 90% of the time, but I record my favorite shows like Vampire Diaries, Reign, Glee, The Originals, etc. and watch them late at night. I have been known to be up until midnight catching up on these and pay for it the next day when inevitably one of my kids will wake up at 5:30am.

1. Talking aloud to myself: Well, not entirely to myself. But I talk out story ideas, dialogue or characters while I am cleaning. Sometimes, though, I even go through a list of what I would do if I won the lottery – too bad I rarely play J

How about you? Won’t you share a guilty pleasure?

About the author:
Growing up in Houston, Texas, Andrea has always created characters and stories. But it wasn't until she was in her late twenties that she started writing novels.

What happened that ignited the writing flame in her fingers? Divorced, and disillusioned by love songs and stories. They exaggerate. She thought. Love and Romance are not like that in the real world. Then she met her husband and realized, yes love and romance are exactly like the songs and stories say. She is now a happy wife, and a mom to three kids (two boys and a girl).

Andrea writes paranormal and historical romance. When not writing or reading, one may find Andrea dancing in Zumba.

She believes in the power of change and counting each moment as a blessing. But most importantly, she believes in love.

Singing and dancing is one of mine too. But my favorite is eating out. We try to do lunch instead of dinner because it's cheaper! tweeted.

Melissa,

That's cool. We do lunch on the weekends sometimes and box up half of our meal so we can have it for dinner later or another night. Saves money (as you said) and calories if I can stop eating ;)

Thank you for stopping by.
