Beneath your world lies another - The Spellsinger Series by Amy Sumida

"Take one portion creative epic fantasy, snarky dialogue, snippy humor, then sprinkle in various mythologies with a dual-heritage heroine that literally has a magical voice. With that voice, add in loads of hit tunes ranging from Ashford & Simpson to AC/DC to Portishead, and what we have, me dearlings, is an amazing novel." - Treece, Goodreads

Description:

Beneath your world lies another, a world of magic, monsters, and immortals.

I am the rarest of these; a spellsinger, able to weave music into magic. With the right words, and for the right price, I can do anything. Now a fairy duke has come to hire me, promising me a fortune in exchange for one man's life.

But this man is a king, one of the most powerful Shining Ones in existence. I could kill him with a song or things could go horribly wrong.

Hopefully, this job isn't my last lullaby.\

"It's the way she has written their love that is so enduring and beautiful! It's so poignant and TRUE that it even takes precedent (at least to me) over reincarnation and past lives and loves (you'll have to read the book to get that reference) just know you will not regret this read [...]" - Melanie, Goodreads

A Symphony of Sirens

To sing with your heart you must first learn to listen.

Sirens are some of the most dangerous denizens of the Beneath. So when they start going missing, it's assumed that a supremely powerful being is behind the disappearances. But who and why?

As Elaria struggles to find answers to the siren situation, even more questions arise. Questions like: what kind of magic did the witch relic leave within her? And: what should she do about the three men who have become so important to her?

One is her past, one: her present, and the third wants nothing more than to be her future. Can she find the solution in time to save her family? Or will love turn her symphony sour?

"I LOVED this book! Absolutely loved it. This is definitely my favorite series by Amy. While the first book introduced us to a few men, we only had a relationship with Torin. We get to see our RH kick into gear in this book. El is determined to follow what Torin wants and keep a monogamous relationship but her heart isn't getting the memo. Even still, she hangs on. Until something happens that takes all control out of her hands."- Anna, Goodreads

I think this book series sounds like such interesting and intriguing reads! Although, all the book covers in this book series are so beautiful, but my favorite cover out of the series is book one, "The Last Lullaby." Looking forward to checking out these books!
