I generally do, especially if there's a twist to the general fairytale. They are classics and as such they pretty much cover some of the more basic and yet intriguing plot lines...there's some charm to reading an already known and 'obvious' story but with some uniqueness to it.
I love stories about fairies that show the evil underbelly of magical races ;)

I love fairies, I just find them fascinating, one of the things I love the most is their versatility, in some books/films/stories they are portrayed as beautiful, pure and good, while in others they are ugly and evil.

It depends on whether the story is well written. A lot of times they are too evil for me.
