Ther are sooooo many excellent Alpha Males That makes this a hard question to answer. Just to answer this question I'm going with Raphael and Lucas in the Series of "Vampires in America" and Demetri in Vampire Academy Series. I don't think I have ever disliked any of the Alpha Males in the books I have read.
