We first meet Alessandro Moretti in A Little Too Far. He is a transitional deacon studying in Rome, only months away from becoming a Catholic priest…until Lexie Banks stumbles into his life. She shakes him to the core and makes him question the path he’s on. He had a rough upbringing, and did some things he believes are unforgivable. He returns to New York to try to make amends for some of the wrong he’s done, and Hilary McIntyre is one of those things.
