they are NOT supposed to exist - The Royal Order of Fighting Dragons by Dan Elish

"I loved how much the characters changed into responsible human beings, and heroes. There’s a perfect amount of plot twists and turns to keep you on your toes. Lastly, the ending was perfect… almost like a fairy tale ending, but yet suspenseful." ama, Goodreads

Possessed by a Dark Warrior (Eternal Mates #9) by Felicity Heaton

"This world the author has created is addictive . Such a complex cast of characters with a diverse range of species. Elves, demons, witches and dragons dominate in this book but I'm hoping she will include her angels soon and there's a certain demon king who has me screaming for more! Another well written story and I cannot recommend this series highly enough." - Goodreads, Marta Cox

I might very well be the next to die - Henchgirl (Dakota Kekoa) by Rita Stradling

By day I pretended to be a human, going to a 'human's only' high-school, making human friends and trying to get the attention of Keanu Hale, my school’s quarterback. At night, I worked as a henchman, making sure no one got in the way of my grandfather’s hotel-empire which spanned across the Mabiian island chain. I was my grandfather’s most cherished weapon, I stole and manipulated emotions, I would even drain someone of their ability to feel joy if my grandfather ordered me to.

Description:

Published: December 8th, 2015

Dragon's Heir by Kandi J. Wyatt In the ten winters since Kyanos was defeated, Rider Braidyn and his dragon, Turqueso, have made a place for themselves in the sleepy Boeskay colony. After recovering one nestling, Braidyn recruits his old friends Ruskya and Carryl to help. The friends travel to a faraway desert colony where they find a group of riders with different customs, and meet a beautiful young woman who could be the key to finding the missing nestling. Can Braidyn learn to temper justice with mercy, or will he risk losing everything?

Journey along in this exciting fantasy world in the spellbinding second installment of the Dragon Courage series, Dragon’s Heir, by Kandi J Wyatt.

EXCERPT

Two hands gently lifted the hood off to reveal a beautiful young woman with almost black eyes. Her hands shook slightly as she let the hood fall back to reveal long, black locks of hair that cascaded down her back. The deed was done. She couldn’t go back on her decision now. It was out of her hands.

Her father would have to accept her now. Even if he went back on his word again, she could provide the family with another dragon. She closed her eyes and imagined the look of surprise on his face.
“Daughter, how did you do this?” he would say.

She would reply, “It was simple really, Ahbah.”

With amazement in his eyes, her father would take her and accept her as part of the clan. No longer would she be an outcast; she would truly be an Agamid.

About the author:

will she lose everything? - Open Gates (P.J. Stone Gates Trilogy #3) by D.T. Dyllin

The rollercoaster ride of my emotions, combined with the burst of fire magic left me feeling drained and dizzy. My eyes slid shut against their will. Khol lifted me up, placing me back on my bed, and covered me with my comforter. His heated lips skimmed my forehead briefly just as sleep pulled me under.
