"I rate this 5 stars because I absolutely adored being at their mercy. They surprised me so many times, and I had fun battling with Ryder to let the other boys have their page time. After a couple of rough years in my personal life, it was a delightful treat, and while it might not be the best RH book there is, it is the one I've loved reading and creating." (author)

When you’re in love with your best friend, life is complicated.
When he’s also your stepbrother, it’s a nightmare.
Jane’s apparently a magnet for chaos.
Because now she’s agreed to tutor her stepbrother’s enemy, and that sexy bad boy might have a thing for her. She might also love that a tingle surrounds her soul whenever he’s close.
Throw his two brothers into the mix, dangerous rivals looking to destroy every one of them, and parents controlling her love life. It’s safe to say she’s wandered into the apocalypse.
At least being torn between four hot guys isn’t the end of the world.
Just kidding. It totally is.
But they’ll all realize something.
Jane’s the ruler of her life. No one else.
Long live the queen . . . and her kings.
JANE’S TEAM ๐ถ๐ ๐ฎ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ High School Romance and Alternate reality for the Gods & Monsters trilogy.
*strong language, sexual assault, sex, stepbrother romance, reverse harem romance. Guaranteed HEA. No Cliffhanger*

Author's Review
I've never reviewed my books before, but I feel like reviewing this one because it was the first book I've felt as though I was only a vessel for my characters as they took ME on a journey. I totally winged it on an attempt to write a quick novella, but once they took over, I didn't censor them. This also means I didn't feel the need to cut or condense as much. They were in charge, and they know "their" fans want as much of them as possible. So, a novella turned into a full-length novel 155K words.
For those who are new to my writing, this is an alternate reality to my Gods & Monsters series. G&M is a long and painful journey filled with all sorts of monsters and even the worst, the one we all have within. So, for me and many others, these characters were already very real. This was a chance to let them have fun on their own.
I did my best to make it a true standalone, and I believe it is. However, because this is a treat for existing G&M readers, my efforts to put silly grins on their faces may leave newcomers scratching their heads. I made the choice to follow the characters and to trust that new readers would realize this is something a little different from the average high school story, or even RH. It's a standalone but part of something greater. And new readers can either choose to see where the gang originated by reading the Gods & Monsters trilogy and the fairy tale, Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf? After all, you're readers. What's there to complain about when you have the chance to see them in a different light and on a different journey? Still, I tried my best, and if you're still upset—I'm sorry.
Anyway, Jane's Team is fun, sexy, inspiring, and full of man-boys who will leave you blushing like a schoolgirl again. Many of the heavier themes from G&M carry over but Jane is given almost a HEA chance. But my girl always has nightmares, and they will manifest here as well. Luckily for Jane and the readers, her boys are there from the start, and they love their girl. It's all a matter of her remembering she's a queen on her own.
There are trigger warnings, so read them before starting.
This is listed as a Bizarro Universe Book. I plan to publish more like it. Where characters from my main stories slip into another reality. Kinda like a fan-fiction but by the biggest fan, the author as she watches her characters run free. So, follow me if you're interested in those. There is no specific plan, as I hope to let myself become their vessel alone for these books whereas the others are me asking them to take a journey with me.
I rate this 5 stars because I absolutely adored being at their mercy. They surprised me so many times, and I had fun battling with Ryder to let the other boys have their page time. After a couple of rough years in my personal life, it was a delightful treat, and while it might not be the best RH book there is, it is the one I've loved reading and creating.
About the author:

Be ready for raw, emotional tales, as Janie never holds back. With her darkest thoughts she found light is still possible, that the sad girl can sometimes glow the brightest. Because she is beauty surrounded by darkness.
