It's out of print, but if you can find a copy Santa's Diary by Rayner Shoo is a brilliant read.

It is always fun to read Twas The Night Before Christmas on Christmas Eve. My husband reads it every year to our girls even now that they are in their twenties. It is tradition. :)

Highly recommending Three Nights before Christmas by Kat Latham for emotional depth and Dead by Midnight by Pamela Clare for spice and thrill. Fantastic holiday reads from fantastic writers.

I'm old fashioned, I just read The Night before Christmas to my children on Christmas Eve. I don't really read specific Christmas literature that's released each year.
