Guest Post and Giveaway Chasing Morgan: The Hunted Book 4 (The Hunted #4) by Jennifer Ryan

Description:

FBI agent Tyler Reed trusts only facts and evidence, until the day a beautiful blonde delivers a life-saving warning ... based on nothing more than a vision.

Five years later, the mysterious Morgan Standish has used her talents to help Tyler and the FBI bring down countless criminals. Still, Tyler knows next to nothing about her. She contacts him by phone—and by some sort of psychic connection he's not prepared to admit exists—but has not shown herself once. Until now.

Morgan's gift may let her see things others can't, but it comes at a price. Getting too close to anyone is dangerous, especially the gorgeous, moody Special Agent Reed. For she's seen the future: if they meet again too soon, an innocent could be lost.

But when Tyler's latest case forces Morgan out of hiding, she is the one thrust into the path of a serial killer, the Psychic Slayer, who will stop at nothing to protect the secrets only Morgan can see.

GUEST POST
Jennifer Ryan - Chasing Morgan Book 4: The Hunted Series

Thank you Mythical Books for asking me to stop by. It's been an amazing week for me.

I'm so excited to announce Chasing Morgan is on the USA Today Bestsellers list, along with book one in the series, Saved by the Rancher. Totally amazing, and completely unexpected. I don't think you can ever be prepared to hear that kind of news.

Someone asked me recently if I knew any psychics and that's why I wrote Morgan's story. Well, since the news today came as such a shock, I'm sure you guessed the answer is no. None of my friends has admitted to being psychic, but I did go to a psychic shop with friends when I was in my late teens and had a reading. We had a blast. The shop was cool and spooky at the same time. I remember feeling excited and nervous during the reading, wondering if she'd know things about me that she couldn't possibly know without actually having an extraordinary gift. I left the shop with the same sense of wonder I went in with.

Did I believe the woman had a gift and could see things others couldn't?

Was she really good at reading me and taking my innocuous answers to her questions and turning them into really accurate guesses about my character and possible future path?

Was it just a really good show?

I think it was a bit of everything. I left with a sense that anything is possible, and isn't that what we really want to believe in, especially when it's something extraordinary - like physics or ghost.

I've never had a psychic reading, though I've had my own twinges once in a while. This book and series sounds fabulous. I can't wait to read them.

I've always been fascinated with psychic phenomena and would love to get a reading.
