I re-read them because they are soooo detailed, that I always find something I missed.
The most recent movie I saw in the theater that I liked was "Solo."
I thought it was well done and didn't deserve the criticism it got.
I read and reread the Nero Wolfe books by Rex Stout. I love the characters.

Lord of the Rings, Return of the King was great movie.
I've re-read pretty much every book I ever felt a connection to. I just got done re-reading the five Sarah Lyon Flemmings books because I thought the next one was coming out this month but it doesn't release until September <3

I enjoyed Bloodline on Netflix.
Well, I certainly am a Star Wars (and Star Trek) fan, so have seen those movies - Empire was my life long favorite, until Rogue One came out. And the books related to those I've listened to plenty of times over and over again - Rogue One itself, Catalyst, and certain stories from the From A Certain Point of View anthology. Oh, and for non-Star Wars, Ready Player One is another!

I love the movie Sense and Sensibility.
I re-read Pride and Prejudice occasionally.
I re-read The Anatomy of an Illness by Dr. Norman Cousins because it was recommended by a Dr. where I worked. The reason why I read it again is because he laughed his way out of a wheelchair and back to health. Plus he advised to watch silly movies and Funny TV shows like I Love Lucy and Groucho Marks to laugh pain away by releasing the body's natural endorphines.
I like the movie, The War of the Roses, because the actors, Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner, played their roles well and it sure was about extreme conflict in relationships. I still remember holding my breath for one fight where they're swinging from the chandelier, then it crashes to the floor.
I re read Slave to Sensation by Nalini Singh, it's one of my favourite books and the start of an amazing series.
