This series is truly one of the best series I have read in my lifetime. The author seems to have poured her heart and soul into this book and after every book I always wonder how she could top the last. This book was no exception.

My favorite female lead is strong physically, emotionally and mentally.
My favorite female lead is smart, quick on her feet/easily adaptable, can think outside of the box, has that magnetism to be a great leader, and sticks to her guns no matter what. As an example, I *love* Amaranthe Lockdon from the Emperor's Edge series!
My favorite female character is smart, sassy, and has a good sense of humor.
