Strong likeable characters and a great storyline ! So that you think you are in the story !
Great, strong, relatable characters! I also get really bored with clichés that I've read about 6543898650 times before so if the story avoids them the better.
If it's a favorite book, it is one that I hide on my bookshelf because I don't want to give it away. I want to read it again.

As far as fantasy goes, dragons, action, creative worlds, and great character building. With other works, the story has got to hold my interest. I have to be able to feel the character. The story has to draw me in and hold me there with creative plots or suspense. It has to keep me wondering what will happen next.
A favourite book needs to have characters and a plot that I can't get out of my head!
A book that close to my heart, that has characters I could read about time and time again. ♥
The characters are what makes a book a keeper.
The chemistry and emotion between characters
Something that sucks me in and lasts with me when I've finished the last page....great characters, good writing style, interesting plotlines.
One I can lose myself in time and again.
The characters that stay with me and who I connect with emotionally.A book I truly hate ending and consider it a reread. One of my favorite reads this past year is The Edge of Lost by Kristina MacMorris. It's a book you will read in one sitting because the thought of putting it down doesn't enter your thoughts.
