  7. I was a very strange child. I read anything I could get my hands on, including comic books.

    I have just gotten back six old Tom Swift books that I'd given my nephew when he was a pre-teen. He's entering an internship program at Montifiore Hospital now and passed them back to me for the grandkids.

    I have Tom Swift, the Hardy Boys, Nancy Drew, The Bobsy Twins... all still sitting on the shelves of my home library.

    I'd want to pick up something for the young teens that I have if I win.
