The new release giveaway hop is hosted by Book Twirps and Refracted Light Reviews.

You can choose any book released in June and up to 13Euro ~ 17.5USD
(if you have some "guilty secrets", they are safe with us)

    Short easy answer: because I love it. I love being able to forget for a while everything around me and to throw myself in a world I can picture however I want based on what I read. I swear, somtimes it feels like magic.

    I read because I like to loose myself in the stories of others. My imagination is running wild when I read about fantasy worlds. I don't just read a book, I live in it.

    I read so that I can fill those blank holes this dull reality has created in my needy mind. And of course because it's awesome and magical, like HD movies going through your head where you can change details to your liking (: It's witchcraft!

    why do i read? (first of all sorry for my bad english, when i write it's not as good as when i read) i read because real life would be too boring if i hadn't other thousand lifes to live in my books. I read so much that i want to make a career out of it, i read because i love to find in every single page a mistake that i'd love to correct, i read because in this peculiar way i can pretend more from real life because i know that there are possibilities. I read for understand past and for dreaming future.

    I love to read because its my escape from reality. I have 5 kids, get very little time away from them, so when I do have some "me" time I love nothing more than to get lost in a good book.

    I read because I love it! I don't know, I always have, I just love getting myself wrapped up in a different world, and although I read almost every genre, my most fav will always be fantasy because of this reason :)

    I read because it's a necessity almost like breathing. There is something powerful in words and books that have the power to life your spirits to the sky or to make you wail with grief and pain.

    Reading has the ability to educate, entertain, and so much more. It's another whole world packed into the pages that's available at your fingertips.

    i read for many reasons.. Books are kind of like movies but instead of watching them you can read and visualize them. They also help me unwind after work so i can go to sleep. thanks for the giveawway!!

    I read because I feel like I'm in another world that's better and more interesting than mine . And that I can be anyrhing I want. Even if the characters have a hard time we know there would usually be a happy ending.

    I read because I love it. I like to visit other worlds that are born in an author's imagination and live there for the duration of the book. However if I don't have a book I have been known to read cereal boxes and other ephemeral stuff that might have words on it :D

    I read for the pure joy of being transported to another time, another place, another world or realm and being able to live a gazillion different lives in the finite time span that this mortal life affords me. I get to do it all, experience the thrills, dangers, excitements, loves, and friendships, vicariously through reading.

    I read because I love to read. It is one of the only things that is just for me. When I have a good day, reading makes it even better. When I have a bad one, reading makes it better. Stories are wonderful for every moment in life, and I am thankful always to my grandma for reading to me and teaching me when I was a tiny little girl. It is my most favorite hobby and always will be!
